They're dairy, wheat and sugar free.
1 c mashed banana
1 c chopped walnuts
1 c brown rice flour
1 T ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground coriander
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 c raisins (optional)
Mix the banana, walnuts, and raisins. Add the dry ingredients and stir until well
mixed. Leave for 15 minutes then spoon onto greased baking trays. Flatten with a fork and sprinkle with some more cinnamon.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
