White Bean and Almond Dip

1/3 c roasted almonds
1 1/2 c white beans, soaked - rinsed and drained
2 t freah lemon juice
1 T extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c rice milk
4 T fresh parsley
1/4 t paprika
1 small garlic clove, mashed to a paste

Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Serve dip with toasted Bruschetta or toasted Italian bread.
